My recent stay at Smile Hotel Osaka Yotsubashi exceeded all expectations. the prime location, mere steps away from the river and a short walk to luxury brand shops at PARCO, made exploring the city effortless. the staff's expertise and warmth stood out, going above and beyond to assist with luggage forwarding to Tokyo and always greeting guests with genuine smiles. the thoughtful eco-friendly initiative of offering free water in exchange for limited room cleaning, while still providing fresh amenities daily, showcased a commitment to sustainability that I greatly admired. the room, though compact like many in Japan, was impeccably comfortable, with a convenient metro gate right downstairs for easy access to Osaka's attractions and KIX airport.
